Welcoming our new Associate Director of Customer

At Firefish, we believe in building from the ground up, which is why so many of our Senior Management have been promoted from within. We had seven promotions last quarter alone and continue to champion the skills and experience in our Shoal.

However, sometimes, we need to go fishing outside our pond. Our Customer Team had such a role present itself, so we’d like to introduce Pete McMorrow, our new Associate Director of Customer!

With over 10 years’ experience in the SaaS industry, Peter brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to the table for all of us here at Firefish to learn from. Peter’s exposure to all customer facing functions, such as Sales, Customer Support and Account Management, sets him up to for success as the Associate Director of our Customer team.

“I'm looking forward to building on Firefish's success by sharing the knowledge of my experience. I feel there is massive potential here and I'm thrilled to have the chance to help achieve it.”

We champion our Customer Community, and Peter will be leading the conversation, as he has previously helped advise priorities for development and features while still representing the voice and needs of clients.
