Customer Experience Awards
The UK Customer Experience Awards (UKCXA) is the biggest event focused on customer experience in the world. So as you can imagine, we were over the moon to be nominated for not one, not two, but three awards this year!
If you're not familiar with the awards, the UKCXA recognise organisations that enhance their customer experience in innovative ways. We were finalists for the following awards…
1. Customer Centric Culture Award
2. Employees at the Heart of Everything (recognising our famous Focus Days)
3. Team of the Year – Customer Centricity (recognising the hard work of our fabulous Customer Team)
Head of Happiness, Vicki Moir and Digital Marketer, Amy McLaughlin, swam down to Wembley Stadium in London for the event. Here’s how they got on….
Everyone #lovedthefish
Our fabulous representatives Amy and Vicki gave a different presentation for each award to a panel of judges, who all loved herring all about Firefish and gave fin-ominal feedback!
Understandably, they were a bit too busy presenting to take any photos, but here’s a snap of them taking a break between presentations at Wembley Stadium.
Our Fish had a whale of a time at the awards
Once the presentations were done and dusted, it was time to get suited and booted for the awards ceremony and find out who the winners were.
The competition was steep, and we were up against some amazing global brands. Looking like total star-fish, Vicki and Amy kept their fingers and fins crossed for good news.
And to their (and our) absolute delight, we scooped up the Bronze Award for ‘Employees at the Heart of Everything’. If that wasn’t enough, our much-loved friends of the Fish Arnold Clark walked away with Gold! So it was celebrations all around at Wembley.
