Winner, winner!
This month saw the return of TALiNT Partners’ fin-tastic TIARA Recruitment Awards and here at Firefish we were especially delighted to finally get back to attending an in-person award ceremony – our first since pre-pandemic!
Alongside 35 other awesome and inspiring organisations across 13 highly competitive categories, we were proud to be finalists for two awards: Talent Tech Leader of the Year (for our brilliant Chief Fish Wendy) and The Best Talent Tech Company to Work For.
Our very own Growth Executive Beth was able to attend this year’s event, hosted at the King's Fundin London, alongside 120 other guests. She represented the company and had a blast meeting other award nominees and networking with like-minded tech leaders for the first time in years!

And as if getting nominated for two stellar awards wasn’t already amazing enough, we’re pleased to announce that Firefish won the award for The Best Talent Tech Company to Work For!!

The award means so much to us especially this year as we’ve put a lot of focus on nurturing an even bigger and better company culture since we implemented our Work from Anywhere policy.
Our Fish are at the heart of everything we do
It’s true, our Fish are at the heart of everything we do, and we always want them to feel that they belong at Firefish.
To ensure our company culture is a positive one, we have regular career coaching sessions, fortnightly company updates, seamless and welcoming inductions for all our new Fish, and we give everyone the opportunity to work with other colleagues through our Focus Groups – just a few of the Fish-focused things we do here at Firefish.
Taking home the award for The Best Talent Tech Company to Work For at this year’s ceremony is proof that all the hard work we put into making Firefish a great place to work is paying off!
