We're up for more awards!

The TIARA Talent Tech Star awards recognise and reward excellence in the talent sector across the United Kingdom and Ireland. This year, the shortlist is bigger than ever, with 47 “talent tech leaders and challengers” vying to be crowned in one of 13 categories. Firefish is up for two awards; The Pearl Meyer Talent Tech Best Company to Work For and our CEO Wendy has been shortlisted for The Optima Talent Tech Leader of Year.

The companies shortlisted employ over 17,500 staff collectively and have seen their sales rise to a total of over £1.75 billion. Despite the economic fallout of the COVID-19 pandemic, these market leaders find innovate ways to adapt to market shortages and new ways of working. The TIARA Talent Tech Star work to “shine a spotlight” on the HR and Recruitment tech solutions for employers, recruiters and candidates alike.

The shortlisted companies and leaders will travel to the Royal Institute of British Architects in London on July 1st to find out who will take home the prize. You can view the full shortlist here.
