It’s the first News Splash of 2023! We’ve been fin-ominally busy here at Firefish, so let’s not waste any time and dive straight in!

New Fishy Faces!

We’ve got a lot of new Fishy Faces that have joined us over the past few weeks; FIVE to be exact!

Our Product Team has had three new Fishy swim on over and join them, which is fin-ominal news! Drew Hales joins us in our Product Experience Team as our new Functional Lead, alongside Grant Hamilton, who is our latest Product Experience Executive. Graeme Hill joins the Shoal as a Software Developer in our Web and Analytics Build Team. These Fishies will be bolstering the ranks to make sure that all our new features are in tip top shape!

Our Customer Team have had a new addition to the Support and Success team in David Houston, our Customer Support Executive. David brings a wealth of knowledge and fin-tastic can-do attitude to help all our customers swim to success!

Last but certainly not least, Joanne Bell-Murphy joins us as our newest Growth Outreach Executive. She’ll be the first port of call for all our potential new customers who are looking to move on over to Firefish. We’re delighted to have you all on board!

Probation…Passed It!

Congratulations to Liam Morgan, our Software Developer in our Web and Analytics Team, who passed his probation on Friday!

Liam has been a vital part of the Build Team, smashing out feature after feature and contributing to the successes of his Focus Group. He’s a real asset to Firefish, and we’re delighted to have him swimming alongside the rest of the Shoal!

Massive well done Liam, this one is well deserved!
