Time for some well earned promotions, again!

It's been an exciting time at the Firefish Aquarium and we're delighted to announce that some of our fabulous Fish have been promoted! We love seeing our employees grow with the company and we want to celebrate some recent successes in the shoal (or 'shoal them off', if you will!). 

Meet our promotees 

Our new Associate Director of Customer 

Louise Cunningham, previously our Queen of Success, has been promoted to Associate Director of Customer. Since she started at Firefish in 2014, Louise has tried to live by our value 'Be Your Customer'. She has now joined the Leadership team as Associate Director and leads our Data, Support and Success teams, to ensure that all of our clients enjoy the absolute best experience with Firefish.

Firefish's new Head of Data 

Stewart Pollock joined Firefish in June 2017 as a Data Analyst and with his fantastic fishy surname, it was no surprise he fit right in. In under two years Stewart has become absolutely indispensable, carrying out complex data migrations and ensuing that our clients' data is in the exact right place! As Head of Data he makes sure our client's on-boarding experience goes along swimmingly and that all of their data is migrated successfully to our software.

Our new Head of Content 

Katie Paterson joined Firefish as Content Editor-in-Chief and in only a year and a half has been promoted to Head of Content. Having headed up our wonderful blog since she started in November 2017, Katie is now in charge of all things marketing. She is now driving our marketing strategy forward so that everyone can see how Firefish's recruitment software can improve their business.
