Another month has been and gone here at Firefish, and we’ve got some news we want to share!
End of Month Winners
It’s that time again, we’re announcing our End of Month Winners! Every month, we love to recognise and reward our Fish for their contributions to the Shoal, Focus Group or Firefish as a whole. Let’s dive into the announcing the winners for May!
First up, Tony from our Build team took home the Fin-ominally Focussed Fish award for his contributions to the #lovethefish Focus Group. Tony always brings an infectious energy to the group, and his enthusiasm can be seen and felt by everyone. He did a great job at our CodeClan visit earlier in May and overall has made fin-tastic progress, well done Tony!
David Connolly was voted our Fish of the Month for May. David has been a one-man machine in our Outreach team, and hasn’t put a foot wrong this month. He even found time in his busy schedule to judge our inaugural Great Firefish Bake Off! His outstanding work rate and positive attitude has been recognised by the whole shoal, so this one is well deserved!
Finally, Team of the Month went to our Build: CRM & Integrations Team! They work tirelessly to ensure Firefish is always at the cutting edge of recruitment software and they’ve smashed it out the park this month! Launching feature after feature, the CRM & Integrations team hasn’t dropped the ball this month, so congratulations!
New Fish
New Shoalmates are loading in!
We’ve got THREE new fishy faces who joined us in May.
Welcome aboard Martha, who is joining us as our new Senior Marketing Executive in our Growth Team! Martha will be leading the content school, taking charge of our e-books, blogs and audiobooks. She’s a dab hand at anything social media related, as she has over 250,000 followers on TikTok, so we’re delighted to have her swimming along with the Shoal!
Allan will be swimming along with the Customer Team as our new Data Executive! He might be challenging for the best fish puns already despite just joining the Data team! Allan will be making sure that our customers have up to date and accurate data, so they can swim to success with Firefish!
Our Product team are fin-ominally excited to have Michael join the shoal as our latest Graduate Developer! We launched our Graduate Scheme earlier this year and Michael is the newest fish to join us! He’ll be joining our App Support team, working alongside out fin-tastic senior developers to solidify his learning and skills post education!
