Firefish Hero Awards
This year we celebrated our first ever Fishmas Hero Awards and we're over the moon at just how many nominations we had!
We have amazing customers who are always striving to be the best and who really use Firefish to the best of their ability so we really wanted to give back to them, and what better time for giving than Christmas.
The categories up for the taking were:
The Firefish Power User -
- Uses Firefish effectively within the business
- Is confident using Firefish to help improve day to day working
- Encourages others to use the system effectively
- Can help/train others on the system when needed
Best Firefish Website -
- A website that helped improve brand recognition
- Helped improved attraction and engagement
- Contributed to more placements within the business
Greatest impact on a business using Firefish -
- A high number of placements using Firefish
- High revenue for 2021
The competition was stiff but after analysing user stats and data we have 3 fin-tastic winners.
The Firefish Power User
Congratulations to Lydia Sinclair of ProTalent on being crowned our 'Firefish Power User'. Lydia had impressive user stats and clearly showed that she is an all-round Power User of Firefish, we also really loved the comment from Lydia's nomination...
"Lydia knows Firefish like the back of her hand. Always finds "hidden gems" in the database and pushes the whole team to utilise everything the platform has to offer. Think she might secretly work for Firefish (we promise she doesn't 😉).
Best Firefish Website
'Best Firefish Website' goes to James Grace Associates. James Grace have had a fantastic website which absolutely smashed our judging criteria and had a great score from our recruitment grader tool. The website is fantastic but also a great example of what can be done with a Firefish template.
Greatest impact on a business using Firefish
Coming in on a joint nomination, this has been awarded to Daniel & Dennis from Membership Bespoke who have had a tremendous year.
As a 2-man band (only recently added a 3rd person), they have smashed revenue and placements on the system this year - blowing everyone else out of the water! Daniel and David have really embraced Firefish and have shown the impact that can be made on a business when utilising all your resources to the fullest.
