Customisable ATS Workflows

Our recruitment Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is packed full of automation and features that are crucial for recruiters when filling vacancies and providing a great candidate and client experience in the process, and now we’ve made them even better.

In May we released our customisable workflows, this allows recruiters to rename, manage and even remove each section of the Job Workflows to suit the needs of their recruitment agency. Better yet, our workflows are already split across Temp and Perm meaning you can provide the right workflows to all of your recruiters at once.

Job Board Multiposter Improvement

Our Job Board Multiposter is essential for amplifying the reach of your job ads and saves hours of admin in the process. Last month we added a new functionality to include X1 Jobs allowing recruiters to post once on X1 and see their ads across all 11 sister sites.

What’s more, we have also updated and improved our integrations for Total Jobs and NI Jobs.

Reports Dashboard Improvements

Our Reports Dashboards give recruiters instant access to real time insights from within their CRM, and every month we strive to give recruiters better reporting tools and access to even more data.

In May we achieved this by adding more groupings to the candidate reporting module as well as a host of UI improvements which include the ability to clone an existing card across any active dashboards as well as creating a new one.
