Credit Check Follow Ups

Our Credit Check feature is one that our customers love for protecting their agency and their recruiters from spending valuable time working with clients who can’t pay. It’s also a great tool for agencies with dedicated compliance users to track and record the credit status of clients as well as any credit limits or reference numbers associated with the credit check itself.

In June we took this feature one step further by adding a review date option, allowing recruiters to maximise their account management potential by receiving alerts and to-do list items whenever a company is approaching their review date for their Credit Check.

Integrated Job Board Enhancements

Following on from our recent addition of the X1 jobs platform to our Job Board Multiposter, we have continued to improve our users’ ability to amplify the reach of their Job Adverts and their brand.

This comes in the form of improvements to the posting process when using Total Jobs and Both S1 and X1 jobs In the Firefish Multiposter. By more closely matching the fields required by the most up-to-date iterations of both job boards, this simultaneously speeds up the posting process for users whilst also ensuring that no unnecessary data is included in the description of the ad.

Web Improvements

Our users love our integrated web templates and the ability to control their agency website from inside the Firefish CRM. We are always improving our web templates, giving users access to more customisation and better user experiences and this month is no different.

In June we added the ability for users to add more filters to any of the 'Job Search Bar', this allows visitors to pinpoint the roles they are looking for, providing a better candidate experience. What's more, we have also added the functionality to customise the text on the search bar to allow agencies complete over the finer points of their brand.
