Job Board Credits
With recruitment costs and Job Board prices on the rise. We wanted to ensure our users had more control over their Job Board spend whilst still achieving the same results. With that in mind, we've upgraded the level of control on our multi-posting feature to allow you to set limits on the number of credits recruiters get for each job board!
This allows you to individually assign credits to your recruiters across all job boards as well as having a live view of the number of credits you have used all in one place!
Additional Rates for Contract Placements
This month we made some improvements for recruiters placing candidates in contract roles by adding in the ability to have multiple rates. This helps recruiters add day rates to cover expenses for without altering the current rates agreed for the job making the process much faster and more efficient.
Employer Portal Improvements
Our recruiters love the ability to let their clients get more involved in the recruitment process by accessing information on their live vacancies through the employer portal. This month we refreshed the user interface and added some extra controls for recruiters, this means that you can now have more control over what employers can see and access, as well as improving the overall experience for your clients.
Performance
Alongside our bigger feature updates, every month we make plenty of smaller improvements that don’t make the headlines but make sure that Firefish stays ahead of the curve. This month we made a number of improvements to the plugins for websites in order to improve the experience and control our users have when making changes to the content for their websites.
