What is the Firefish User Community?
At Firefish we love to engage with our users and are always keen to get your feedback on our features as well as any new ideas you have. That’s why we have a whole Community where you can get involved.
If you have an idea for something new, you’d like to see the software do, that’s not on our roadmap then you can raise an idea through the User Community so that other users will then be able to vote on your idea. Each user gets 10 votes, and you can add 1, 2 or 3 votes to any existing ideas to help make the changes happen.
The importance of the community
As we’ve said, we love to hear from our users, and we want to bring the best updates to Firefish. And who better to help us then do this than you? Though our roadmap is always filled with exciting things, we’d hate to miss something our users are passionate about. The community provides our users with a place to submit their ideas. From there we take at least one idea per quarter to incorporate into the roadmap, so your suggestions are vital to making changes happen
What we’ve achieved in the last year
In the past year we’ve managed to work on and launch a whopping number of 32 ideas that came into the User Community! And as of November 2021, we currently have 1 Under Consideration, 2 In Requirements and 1 In Beta.
We’ve still got 2 months left of 2021 one and I’m sure we still have a few treats tucked up our sleeves!
Of the 32 completed ideas, 5 of these were our top voted ideas which had a total of 823 votes. Including ideas such as including standard reports, reports builder and reports dashboard.

The User Community is the heart of driving the future of the product so if you have something you’d like to see Firefish do, then raise your ideas and use your votes.
It's easy to get in touch with us and submit your ideas. Simply click into the "RoadMap" tab at the right of your screen...
...then select RoadMap when taken to the help centre:
To raise an idea, simply start typing in the field which says, "Enter your idea".
As you begin to type, existing ideas will be suggested based on your keywords. You can either vote for an existing idea or post a new idea. It’s as simple as that!
