Finalists at the Employee Experience Awards 2019!

We’ve written about our fabulous Focus Days before but this time we’re not blowing our own trumpet (or perhaps, conch!) about them…someone else is!

We were finalists for the Employee-Centric Company award at the UK Employee Experience Awards which were held on May 15th, 2019.

Our nomination was a result of our bi-annual Firefish Focus Days where everyone in the company joins in to discuss the future of Firefish and have some fun together.

Two of our finest fish (Head of Happiness Vicki Moir and Growth Specialist Alan McFadden) travelled down to London to attend the ceremony and looked fin-tastic in their Firefish gear! 

Although we didn’t take home the award on the night, we're absolutely delighted that our Focus Days have been recognised as tool to build an employee-centric company as here at Firefish we have had some fantastic results ours.

...and Nominated for Best Recruitment CRM Award 2019! 

In other awards news, we have another exciting announcement - we've been nominated for Best Recruitment CRM at the TALiNT International UK Supplier Awards 2019.

We were all absolutely thrilled when Firefish Software won the Best Recruitment CRM award at last year’s ceremony and we all have our fingers (and fins!) crossed that we'll get to take home the award in 2019.

This accolade is extra special as the winner is voted for by their own customer base. The ceremony will be held on June 6th at the Connaught Rooms in London and hopefully we’ll be able to take home this prestigious award for the second year in a row.
