Ben Adams bolsters the ranks in our Build Team, coming in as a Developer for our Integrations vertical. Glasgow-based Ben is a St Mirren fan and will be developing new and exciting integrations for our customers as well as improving on our existing integrations.
Finally, our Marketing Team are delighted to welcome Martin Doyle, our Videographer, to the Shoal! Martin brings a wealth of experience in video production and editing, so you’ll be able to see his handy work across our website and socials shortly!
And the Winner is...
It’s always an exciting time at the end of a month, as we get to hand out our end-of-month awards to celebrate the success of the Shoal!
First up is our Fish of the Month, which was awarded to Alex Reily, Marketing Team Lead. Alex was also nominated for Fin-ominally Focussed Fish so has had a stormer of a month. He’s been doing a finominal job captaining one of our Focus Groups, and leading the Marketing team through an outstanding January!
Next up is our Fin-ominally Focussed Fish, this is awarded to the person who has made the biggest impact over the last three months to their Focus Group.
Gerard Smith claimed the crown this time round - he has been instrumental in driving not only the Focus Group but the whole company forward. He’s put in some effort delivering content back to the group week after week and keeping the enthusiasm high, so it's fin-tastic to see that rewarded!
Lastly, our Team of the Month is always hotly contested, as every team always works incredibly hard but in January, our Marketing and Outreach team clinched the title. When you have the Fish of the Month and most of the nominees, you know you’ve had a good month!
The team have delivered a fantastic rebrand, levelled up our messaging and smashed every target out the park, so this one is well deserved!
What a finominal month, check back in with us in February to see what the Shoal have been up to!
